Native to the mountianous regions of the Mediterranean, Spike Lavender bears a sharper, more camphorous scent and is often employed to treat infections, inflammation, depression, stress, muscle pains, insect bites, respiratory conditions, small burns, and cuts.
SUGGESTED USAGE
You can make your own massage or bath oil by mixing together 3 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil, 3 drops of Tangerine Essential Oil, 3 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil, and a drop of Chamomile Essential Oil with an ounce of carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Olive Oil, or Grape Seed Oil)
Loosen up any congestion you might have while fighting any of those viral and bacterial infections by mixing 10 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, or Olive Oil) and massage into your upper chest and back.
You can lift your mood by adding 3 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil on a tissue and simply inhale, pause, then inhale again.
Caution: Always test a small amount of this essential oil first for any sensitivity or allergic reaction. Even though it is a very safe essential oil, consult with a healthcare professional if you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications.
