SUGGESTED USAGE
French Press: 3 - 4 Tablespoons 
 
Tea Pot/Strainer/Gourd: 2 - 3 Tablespoons 
 
To Brew: First, splash just enough cool water on the leaves to moisten them - this is important for flavor and nutrient retention. Pour on the hot water and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Sip hot or on the rocks.
