SUGGESTED USAGE
French Press 3-4 Tablespoons. 
 
Tea Pot/Strainer/Gourd 2-3 Tablespoons. 
 
To Brew: First, splash just enough cool water on the leaves to moisten them - this is important for flavor and nutrient retention. Pour on tha hot water and let steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Sip hot or on the rocks. Use a filterstraw when drinking the raw mate infusion from a gourd.
