Known as a “medicine chest in a bottle”, Spike Lavender is more medicinal of all Lavenders. Native to the mountainous regions of the Mediterranean, Spike Lavender is used for infections, headaches, stress, inflammation, depression, respiratory conditions, muscle pains, insect bites, small burns, and cuts.
SUGGESTED USAGEMassage or bath oil: Mix 3 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil, 3 drops of Tangerine Essential Oil, 3 drops of Marjoram Essential Oil, and a drop of Chamomile Essential Oil with an ounce of carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Olive Oil, or Grape Seed Oil).
Loosen congestion: Mix 10 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil with a tablespoon of carrier oil (such as Sweet Almond Oil, Grape Seed Oil, or Olive Oil) and massage into your upper chest and back.
Mood enhancer: Add 3 drops of Spike Lavender Essential Oil on a tissue and simply inhale, pause, then inhale again.
