A hardy, shade-tolerant yet frost-resistant coniferous evergreen tree, the Siberian Fir is native to the taiga east of the Volga River, through Turkestan, northeast Xinjiang, Mongolia, and Heliongjiang. It prefers to live and breathe in the cold boreal climate while growing deep in the moist soils high in the mountains or river basins at the elevations of about 6,234 to 7,874 feet. 
 
Siberian Fir Essential Oil is a natural immune booster as well as a decongestant for the body and mind in addition to comforting and invigorating the body’s many systems (endocrine, urinary, respiratory, and circulatory), soothing both muscle aches and joint conditions (like Rheumatism and Gout), centering, toning, strengthening, and purifying with its sweet pungent aroma that reminds you of a freshly cut Christmas tree.

SUGGESTED USAGE
Mix together 10 drops of Siberian Essential Oil, 10 drops of Juniper Essential Oil, 10 drops of Cypress Essential Oil, and 20 drops of Cedarwood Atlas Essential Oil to make a protective room diffuser blend for an electric diffuser (if you want to use a candle diffuser, just add 5 to 8 drops of this blend). 
 
You can even dilute 5 to 6 drops of Siberian Fir Essential Oil per an ounce of carrier oil (such as Grape Seed Oil, Olive Oil, or Sweet Almond Oil) to put in your bath water, apply on your skin as a massage oil, or add to an unscented lotion for your own fragrant body lotion.
