I simply love these vitamins. I don't have time to take more than one a day, and so I thought I'd try these. I like the fact that they are food-based, with veggies to supplement my somewhat lacking diet. In about a week, I noticed a change in my skin tone, after a month, I realized my menstrual cycle was shorter, after the 2nd month, I was convinced these are the vitamins for me. I am hurrying to order more, because I ran out, thought I could use my old vitamins again, but am finding that I am dragging through the day... I am buying the 90-tablet size this time and know I will not forget to order them in time before I run out. The added herbs are a great bonus to an already great product!

After using generic store brand multivitamins for about 2 years (ok I'm broke and in college!) I purchased these and have to say I really notice the difference. In the three months or so I've used these, my skin looks better and I honestly *feel* better. I take one every night after dinner. I have always thought that all vitamins were the same but truthfully, I've changed my mind. I now believe a good multivitamin is worth the extra $$$
