I really liked taking these vitamins during my pregnancy, the only thing I didn't like was the size, they are a bit big and I had a hard time swallowing pills early in my pregnancy. I do feel though that they are giving me everything I need, my doctor isn't even asking that I take additional Iron. They are also very gentle on my stomach no matter what time of day I take them or whether or not I take them with a meal. It is also nice to only have to take one each day instead of some other pills which recommend taking many more daily!

I have a real hard time taking multivitamins - they make me real sick to my stomach, give me indigestion,etc. - without being pregnant. I tried at least 15 different types of multivitamins and prenatals before this product was recommended to me by a friend about 2 years ago. I have been taking it since with NO upset stomach, indigestion,etc.... I am now 2 1/2 months pregnant with no issues taking this vitamin at all. I know that my baby will be getting all the nutrients it needs and I will be getting the extra nutrients that my body needs for a healthy pregnancy. Good Luck!

I had trouble stomaching any type of multivitamins. A friend suggested Rainbow Light and taking it before I go to bed. I haven't had any problems since! I love this product and highly recommend it to anyone who has a difficult time digesting vitamins.

I like this vitamin because all you need to take is ONE a day. I've tried other prenatal vitamins that required 4+ tablets a day.

This is gentle on my stomach and has more iron that many of the other over-the-counter prenatal vitamins. I also like that the dose is only one pill and that it contains added ingredients to help your body digest and absorb the vitamins/minerals.

Want a prenatal vitamin that doesn't make you constipated? Well, this is the vitamin for you. It is completed food-based, meaning that it's made out of foods containing those vitamins rather than man-made chemicals. Even with the iron in it I don't have the problems I've had with constipation. It's well worth the money since your body absorbs more of the vitamins you need with this product.
