I like the idea of taking just one pill a day, so I'll keep taking these.

I switched from these to Target brand and I'm switching back. Target brand coats theirs with something. I found that out from my midwife and asked if it was ok to take these. The Target brand makes me constipated, these do not. They are big but if you can handle it I would take these.

The pills are large, but no larger than Centrum, and you get much more in them! I love them, I have had no problems with side effects. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the pills are large and can be difficult to swallow. But NO nausea, NO constipation - well worth their size!

These Rainbow Light pills are very large and rough-coated. I bought them before anyone had reviewed them, or I would have thought twice. They did make me almost throw up a few minutes after I got them down too - every time I tried them. I highly recommend the Rite Aid prenatal tablets instead - cheaper, and with all the high amounts of folic acid, iron, calcium carbonate, etc that you want (ingredients are like Stuart Prenatal). And the tablets are half the size and slippery-coated. I actually didn't care about buying the cheapest, but Rite Aid are the same ingredients and easier to take.
