SUGGESTED USAGE
You Will Need:
3/4 Cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
- Set oven to 400 degrees. Place baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups (or cooking tray).
- Stir muffin mix with milk, the vegetable oil and the eggs in a medium sized bowl just until blended. Stir in blueberries as you continue to mix.
- Divide the batter among the 12 muffin cups or place even portions in the cooking tray. Bake in the oven 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for about 5 minutes and carefully remove from pan.
