What does ChoLess Optimizer do?
Jarrow FORMULAS ChoLess Optimizer combines clinically tested levels of sesame seed lignans, tocotrienols and artichoke extract. Artichoke extract reduces the oxidation of LDL cholesterol. The proprietary extract SesaPlex contains sesamin, a lignan from sesame seeds that has been shown to conserve the body’s supply of gamma-tocopherol and gamma- and other tocotrienols as well as activate fatty acid-oxidizing enzymes for improved fat metabolism. Tocotrienols support cardiovascular function by affecting biosynthesis of cholesterol and reducing oxidation of low density lipoprotein (LDL cholesterol).
The formula is optimized with Red Yeast Rice. Jarrow FORMULAS uses Red Yeast Rice that is carefully fermented to avoid the presence of the natural byproduct citrinin.
SUGGESTED USAGE
Take 2 tablets 2 times per day with meals or as directed by your qualified health care consultant. Easy-Solv® tablets are designed to disintegrate within several minutes of ingestion. For best results, use in conjunction with QH-Absorb® (ubiquinol).
