I have been using this product and recommend it. It has helped a great deal with my diet, with no side effects. It helps to trap fat and gently removes it from your body and you don't even realize it.
Anonymous "The best choice for preventing fat absorption"
I have used chitosan for almost two years now, mainly for weight loss. It seems foolish to me that anyone would want to even consider taking a prescription drug, with all its side effects, to prevent absorption of fat. Unless you're allergic to shellfish, chitosan is the only product to consider to asorb ingested fat. It helps carry the fat through your system with NO side effects that I know of.

Whether you are wanting to loose weight or regulate your bowel, this product is great! I have tried other Chitosan products and have not been happy with the results. This product is the best by far. The mixture of Chitosan and other fibers makes the difference. There are products on the market that cost triple in price but do not give the option of not using pyruvate(which in some people, gives the shakes). This product will curb your appetite and help fight the fat!! Remember, Drink lots of water!!
