SUGGESTED USAGE

Great Stuff
It took a few days for this to take effect, but it has really helped me sleep through the night. I can't remember the last time I was able to sleep well for several nights in a row,so this has just been great. I take it in combination with Hyland's Insomnia formula and sleep well with no hangover affect.
Good Night Sleep
Within a few days of taking this product I noticed a big difference in how I felt when I woke up in the morning. I have never considered myself a morning person(nor has my family - I'm nicknamed "The Bear" because of my former foul morning mood...). Since I started taking this supplement, I wake up refreshed and not at all groggy. It takes almost no time to get myself going, and my family is very grateful for the big improvement in my morning personality! I also find that my dreams are more vivid and I remember them much more often upon waking (I don't know if it was the Powersleep or not that caused this but there has been a definite change). I highly recommend this product.
