SUGGESTED USAGE
Unwrap individually wrapped pad and place with the adhesive strip against the inside cup of your bra. Center the pad over nipple and remove the adhesive strip backing to stick the pad in place.
Caution: It is recommended that you change your breast pads frequently (or as needed) because of the high nutrition content of breast milk, it can cause bacterial growth if pad is unchanged. Keep pads out of reach of children. Pads may present a chocking hazard if placed in child's mouth. Do not flush pads down a toilet.
