LISTERINE WHITENING Strips will not whiten but should not harm standard dental work, such as caps, crowns, veneers, dentures or fillings. LISTERINE WHITENING Strips will only whiten natural teeth. STEP 1
REMOVE STRIP FROM POUCH
Carefully tear foil where indicated and remove strips from pouch.
STEP 2
FOR LOWER TEETH
Hold strip in front of you with notch in top left hand corner. Align bottom edge of strip with gumline and press evenly against bottom teeth. Do not apply strips directly to gums. Fold excess strip (notched edge) behind teeth to secure.
STEP 3
FOR UPPER TEETH
Hold strip in front of you with notch in bottom right hand corner. Align top edge of strip with gumline and press evenly against upper teeth. Do not apply strips directly to gums. Fold excess strip (notched egge) behind teeth to secure.
Correct orientation of the notched edge will assure that the proper side of the strip is in direct contact with your teeth.
FINALLY, ALLOW STRIPS TO DISSOLVEOn average, the strips dissolve in 5-10 minutes once applied to teeth.While there is no need to brush or rinse after use, it is okay to do so after strips have dissolved.The strips should be used twice a day for two weeks. The second daily application can follow the first one right away, or anytime after that. Just be sure to use to full sets (four strips) per day for optimal results.For Best Results:- First apply to lower teeth (notch: top left and then to upper teeth (notch: bottom right).
