Oat fiber is a concentrated source of beta-glutton fiber which gels in the intestines trapping bile and, in this way, helps reduce the LDL cholesterol levels in the blood. Digestive enzymes, acidophilus and papain have also been added to assist the intestinal acceptance of this product. SUGGESTED USAGE
You will find both Fabulous Fiber and Super Fabulous Fiber very pleasant to take and easy to prepare. Dissolve 2 level tablespoons with about 8 ounces with milk or juice in a blender or mix it by hand, if you prefer. Drink within a few minutes of mixing as it will tend to thicken if allowed to stand too long. For best results, regular use is important.
