Prince's Ginseng (Pseudostellaria heterophylla)
This is not a member of the panax family, and not a true Ginseng, but it is so called because the effects it has on the body so closely resemble those of true ginsengs. Prince's Ginseng is adaptogenic–it strengthens the body's resistance levels–and it aids in digestion.
