SUGGESTED USAGE
To use the hops flowers as a tea, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of hops flowers, cover, and steep for 3 to 5 minutes. As a safety precaution, it is not recommended for those who suffer from depression to use hops flowers. In addition, the hops themselves tend to be unstable when they are exposed to the light or air and lose their potency after a few months' storage.
