An important culinary herb used widely in Greek and Italian cuisine, Oregano are those dark green pointy leaves used in cooking, with the dried herb is often more flavorful than the fresh version of this herb.
Oregano Essential Oil is effective for fighting stubborn ringworm, rosacea, acne, canker sores, and warts as well as yeast and fungus (both skin-borne and blood-borne), knocking out allergies, bronchitis, fatigue, headaches, earaches, gum disease, hay fevers, and sinusitis in addition to insect bites, parasites, colds and flu.
SUGGESTED USAGE
Add a teaspoon of Oregano Essential Oil to 7 ounces of distilled water and an ounce of vodka or 90% isopropyl alcohol (in order to emulsify the oil) and spray on your bedding, linen, towels, and even all over your room for a refreshing scent. You can even add 15 to 20 drops of Oregano Essential Oil in an ounce of massage oil so you can detoxify your body through lymph drainage and stimulate your entire circulatory system.
Add 4 to 6 drops of Oregano Essential Oil in a nice hot bath with some alcohol or milk to break the oil on the surface of the bath water so the oil doesn't sensitize your skin; as an alternative, you can even add a teaspoon of Golden Jojoba Oil to protect your skin from this essential oil.
Another route is to add some drops of Oregano Essential Oil in your vaporizer or burner or you can add 2 to 3 drops of Oregano Essential Oil to a bowl of steaming hot water and breathe in the vapors with a towel draped over your head. If you are pregnant or under a doctor's care, consult with a physician before using. Always dilute this essential oil before using it on your skin and you must avoid contact with your mucus membranes since this oil is an irritant to your mucus membranes as well as a dermal toxin.
