SUGGESTED USAGE
You can add a drop or two of Lemon Essential Oil on a tissue can produce marvelous results to your mental and emotional spirit or add a couple of drops of this essential oil in a burner or vaporizer to use for colds, flu, stress, depression, and lack of energy.
If you are using Lemon Essential Oil as a supplement, add one drop in a 4 fluid ounce glass of soy or rice milk. You can even put a couple of drops of Lemon Essential Oil in your massage oil, lotion, or cream to clear congested skin, lack of energy, infections, boils, minor wounds while dilute some Lemon Essential Oil in warm bath water can soothe your fatigue, rheumatism, depression and stress.
You can even add a drop or two in a very diluted form in warm water and use it as a mouthwash or gargle to take care of those mouth ulcers. Keep this and other essential oils out of the reach of children and pets and avoid using this oil on infants and very small children.
If you are pregnant or under a doctor's care, always consult with a physician before using this or any essential oils. Since Lemon Essential Oil is possibly sensitive to your skin, always dilute this essential oil before using it on those sensitive areas (such as your neck, face, genital area, etc.) and avoid using this oil on those parts of your skin that are exposed to direct sunlight or UV rays.

A tarty fruit whose origins could probably be traced in China even though its exact origins still remains a mystery, the Lemon traveled to Italy and the Mediterranean regions with the Arabian merchants, going so far as to show up in Europe during the time of the Crusades even though the Lemon didn't become commonplace until the 16th century.
The Lemon can thank Christopher Columbus for its introduction to the Americas when he brought some Lemon seeds with him to the island of Hispaniola (now called Haiti and the Dominican Republic) in 1493.
