Fennel is a highly aromatic and flavorful herb that enjoys being used in medicines and culinary dishes (it even boasts of being one of the primary ingredients in the distilled, highly alcoholic beverage known as Absinthe), even going so far as to be used as a flavoring component in some natural toothpastes. Fennel bulb, foliage, and seeds are used in many culinary dishes of the world; its bulb is a crisp and hardy root vegetable suitable to be sauteed, braised, grilled, or just eaten raw while its fresh or dried leaves are often employed in many dishes (such as fish, egg, et cetera).

Blend together 15 drops of Melissa Essential Oil, 15 drops of Fennel Essential Oil, 10 drops of Cinnamon Leaf Essential Oil, 10 drops of German Chamomile Essential Oil, 20 drops of Lavender Essential Oil, and about 3 ounces of Pure Water in a spray bottle for a stress relief air mist.
Caution: Always dilute this essential oil since it is powerful by itself and should not be used in large doses due to its possibility of having a narcotic effect. Do not use this oil if you are pregnant, nursing, or prone to epileptic fits and always consult with a medical professional before using. Keep this and other essential oils out of the reach of children and pets.
