SUGGESTED USAGE
As an adult dietary supplement, dispense 2.5 ml to 5 ml in your mouth and swallow. Initially, take 2.5 ml two times daily for the first 7 days to determine you tolerance. Do not exceed 5 ml at any one time and do not exceed 5 ml per day. Do not cosume on an empty stomach.
