Nutricology pioneered the introduction of nattokinase to the U.S. market in 2002. All nattokinase is not created equal: We tested recently introduced products and few meet the standards of Dr. Sumi, the discoverer of nattokinase, and Dr. Holsworth, the leading U.S. researcher of nattokinase. Nutricology offers only the patented NSK-SD formulation with no Vitamin K, which is the only form that has been tested for safety.  
 
Each batch is tested to ensure potency. Isolated, purified and encapsulated nattokinase, an enzyme derived from boiled soybeans and Bacillus natto. Research has shown nattokinase to support the body in breaking up and dissolving the unhealthy coagulation of blood and to support fibrinolytic activity.  
 
We originally offered Nattokinase which had 276 mg per 2 capsules, yielding about 1000 FU (FU means fibrinolytic activity, the ability to dissolve blood clots). We are now using Nattokinase with a higher potency, yielding 1440-2000 FU per 2 capsules.

SUGGESTED USAGE
As a dietary supplement, 1 to 2 capsules two or three times daily, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. May be taken with or without food. Take with 8-10 ounces of water. If taken with anticoagulant drugs, use under medical supervision. Contraindicated in any condition associated with bleeding.
