This is the ONLY cream that has helped my 5 month old infant son's eczema. The only thing I would improve is the scent. Although not horrible, it is slightly medicinal smelling. But to avoid using steriod and petroleum products, it is very much worth it.

While for me this cream did an adequate job of moisturizing rough skin, it did not absorb easily. Directions advised to rub in lightly - it doesn't rub in. So, the best solution was to wear gloves or socks so that it didn't get on bed linens. It almost seemed to have the effect of a petroleum jelly.
