got this product because there are several good reviews from different sources. I can't really tell how effective this product is since I have been taking only for a month. However I do not like the smell and the size of it (bigger than other kinds I had). I do like fish, but some reason the smell of this softgel does bother me.

can't recommend fish oil enough. It helps with everything from acne, to dry skin, to weak nails. The great thing about this particular brand is that there's no "burp" effect. Usually, when you take fish oil supplements, you taste it for a couple of hours afterward. Not this brand, if guess because it's super-coated . The best one out there I've found.
