Edgar Cayce was a humble man who, in the course of his lifetime, gave over 14,000 psychic readings, mostly pertaining to health and wholeness. By placing himself in a relaxed, meditative state he could access both individual and universal sources of information to answer questions on any topic. Remarkably, Cayce had no recall of what he had said and only learned the content of the readings through studying notes taken by his secretary.
