SUGGESTED USAGE
First week: One capsule the first day. Increase by 1 capsule daily until you reach 4 or 5 capsules daily; then stay at that level.  
 
Second week: Take 4 or 5 capsules every other day.  
 
Third week: Take no capsules but drink 8 glasses of liquid daily.  
 
Repeat this regimen until all capsules are used. Immediately after taking capsules, drink the juice of half a lemon (or take 1000 mg of Vitamin C), to activate oxygen release. (It is recommended that capsules be taken in the early evening, with a bathroom facility readily available.)
