I found this product to be helpful. My daughter is 1 1/2 and in daycare two days a week. Since this fall she has been getting colds one after another. I started her on first defense in december. Since then, she has been doing much better. The number and severity of her colds has decreased significantly.

was having a lot of trouble with my 3 year old getting horrible colds. I was recommended this by someone at a homeopathic pharmacy. If I give it to my son as directed, at the first sign of a cold, it really does seem to keep things to a minimum. His colds have stopped turning into horrible, mucus-ridden affairs, and stay pretty mild. I highly recommend it.
