Used it for 2 years now and it works.

This works best the earlier you take it, like the first ache or itch at the back of the throat, or when the whole office comes down with the flu. It's headed off the flu for me many a time. The one time I took it the day after symptoms, it still cut my down time in half. I stock up every winter.
