Magnesia Phosphorica (Magnesium Phosphate) is a cell salt that helps ease muscle cramping and relieves pain; especially cramping; shooting; darting spasmodic pains; or nerve pain (sciatica).
For the temporary relief of aches and pains associated with muscle cramps or spasms.

SUGGESTED USAGESublingual medication. Place under tongue; let dissolve. Take when mouth is in natural condition, 1/2 hour before or after eating, brushing teeth, or drinking anything but water. Unless directed otherwise by doctor: Adults: 3X-12X & 6C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets every hour. As symptoms improve, decrease to every 4 hours, then twice daily. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. 30X, 30C: 10 pellets or 3 tablets 3 times a day.
As symptoms improve, decrease to once a day. When symptoms disappear, stop medication. 200, 1M: 10 pellets once a week. LM:10 pellets dissolved in water, twice a day.
