SUGGESTED USAGE
As a natural source of friendly probiotic lactic organisms, children over 4 years of age: One (1) wafer one to three times daily, preferably before meals. Dissolve wafer in mouth, or chew before swallowing. Follow with a glass of water, juice or any liquid desired.
