We blend 10% maltodextrin (from corn) to limit clumping and allow for free flowing. Maltodextrin is a pure carbohydrate that is a synergistic and complementary sweetener.
SUGGESTED USAGE NOW Barley Malt Sweetener can be used to substitute for up to half the sugar content in baked recipes. It is also tasty and useful in hot cocoa or carob and malted milk shakes.
