SUGGESTED USAGE1. Shake well before dispensing
2. Remove any hair fixative such as hair spray or gel by pre-washing
3. Apply directly to hair from dispenser bottle, massaging into low-sudsing lather as you apply
4. Pause several minutes(or wash the rest of your body) while you allow shampoo treatment to be absorbed
5. Rinse. Repeat if desired
Hair and Scalp Treatment: Dampen hair with hot water. Apply enough shampoo treatment to thoroughly wet hair and scalp. Wrap head with a towel and allow to penetrate hair for 10-20 minutes or overnight.
