SUGGESTED USAGE To sprout, use 2 tablespoons seeds per quart jar or Easy Sprout Sprouter. Soak in water 3-6 hours, then drain. Rinse seeds 2 to 3 times a day until ready to use (about 5 days).
Recommended shelf life is 6 months to 1 year for maximum sprouting potential (90%-95%). They will probably keep indefinitely but the ratio of seeds that actually sprout will diminish each year.
