SUGGESTED USAGEMix 15 to 30 drops of Clove Essential Oil in a cup of warm water and take this tea 1 to 3 times a day or you can add 10 to 30 drops of this oil per tub of warm water just before you get in to take a bath. You can even add 10 drops of Clove Essential Oil per tablespoon of a carrier oil (such as Almond, Grapeseed, or Olive Oil) for one bath.
Add 10 to 15 drops of this oil per tablespoon of cream, lotion, or facial mask. Do not take this essential oil internally without consulting with a qualified aromatherapy practitioner. Dilute this and other essential oils properly before use due to the fact that this oil can cause sensitization in some individuals.
Avoid using this oil if you are pregnant, have a history of high blood pressure, kidney or liver problems, or if you are an alcoholic, hemophiliac, or taking anticoagulants.
