You can dilute a drop of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil in 2 teaspoons of honey or in a 8-ounce beverage, but you may need to dilute this oil more because of its potential to irritate the mucus membranes.
You can add a drop or two of Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil in a burner, diffuser, or vaporizer but you should diffuse with caution since this oil is known to irritate the nasal membranes if it is inhaled directly from a diffuser.
