SUGGESTED USAGE
Waft an open botttle of Carrot Seed Essential Oil under your nose to center your thoughts or add 9 drops of Carrot Seed Essntial Oil and 9 drops Rose Oil and an ounce of water in a mister for a restoring mist.  
 
Add 6 to 12 drops of Carrot Seed Essential Oil to an ounce of an unscented body care product (such as a lotion, massage oil, or a carrier oil).  
 
Even though this essential oil is nontoxic, nonirritating, and nonsensitizing and is often regarded as a safe oil, you should avoid using this oil if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or taking any medications.
